Additional information for seafarer applicants

  • Seamen book
  • Medical examination certificate
  • Vaccination certificate

Your CV:

If one of the following elements is missing in your electronic CV, we recommend you to add them before attaching your CV to your application:

  • Place of Birth
  • Date of issue of the medical examination certificate
  • Yellow fever vaccination date

For each detailed experience, add the following information:

  • Vessel name, flag and GRT/UMS,
  • Vessel type, engine type & power,
  • Employer name & occupied position,
  • duration of the experience (from when to when)

For your several licences & certificates, detail the place of issue, the date of issue and date of expiry.

Careers in the offing

I was sailing with the Bourbon Hera as Chief Engineer when I heard for the first time about the Ulysses project, that's the name of the program that will be installed. I had already used this type of program in other companies, and recognized the effectiveness, so I was interested in participating in the start-up of the whole project and, one thing leading to another, I ended up with a shore-based position.
